... it's way expensive though, however, we can both save our money to buy herself sometime.. but we're thinking.. since she just wants one for her to bring around as she travels.. do you think the little Pullip will do better being carried around?

Also, does the little Pullip Fanatica have eyes that move?

The eyes don't move on Little Pullips.
The Little Pullips are very cute, a lot more affordable, and if she's travelling with it, not only easy to put in a bag or pocket, but much less likely to get damaged.

According to the Little Pullip Wiki, the eyes don't move.
