I have listed most of the ones that I found. Some were just too awful to even list. I do not like all the names that I have listed, but most of them aren't too bad. I really like Eliana. Slight variations are Elliana, Elianna, Ellianna, or Iliana(pronounced ee lee ahn ah), but I like Eliana best. There is also Eloisa. It is not very common and a beautiful name. Eloise, Elouise, Heloisa, and Heloise are similar options with the same meaning, sun. A more unique option is Diellza. I had never heard of that, but think it is kinda pretty. Kala(kaa laa or kuh lah) and Kalindi(kah lihn dee) are cute and Kallie would be a good nickname.

Other options are:
Soleil-sun--I don't care for this name.
Suri-sun--This is cute.
Savita-the sun--I think it is kinda pretty
Thina-the sun--This is not too bad.
Marisol-Maria of the sun--I love this name! It is beautiful.
Elanor-sun-star--It is a cute name.
Eldora-gift of sun--This is ok.
Sunniva-sun gift--I think I like it, but not sure.
Helina-light from the sun--This one is ok.
Heulyn-ray of sun-I'm really not sure about this one. Leaning towards, cute.
Raveena-the beauty of the sun-It is not awful, but not great.
Saldis/Soldis-sun goddess-I don't care for this.
Hinata-sunny place-It reminds me of Pinata, not good.
Ravija(rah VEE ja)-born of the sun-This is pretty.
Sulwen-white sun-I think I like it.
Sunshine-light from the sun-I don't like this one.
