You need to see a health care provider to make an accurate diagnosis and yes, you do need to seek medical attention to effectively treat it. Not all STD's are curable, but all can be treated and controlled when caught early. Also if you have one STD there is a chance that another one co-exists with it. Getting an STD screen and ask for a HIV (not included in screen) is the best way to know your status and what you are dealing with.

It depends on what you have...there are some natural cures. You'll have to self-diagnose via symptoms first to see what exactly you have and then do some research on it.
