The blue star would look brighter. It is much hotter than the red star. If their size is the same, the temperature would be the difference. It's like the difference between a candle flame and a welding arc. (Welll, not quite that much.)
Rigel and Betelgeuse are an excellent example of this. Betelgeuse is a red supergiant star, much larger than Rigel. But Rigel is a blue-white giant and several times brighter than Betelgeuse. Rigel is just a little brighter to our eyes, but it is half again to twice as far away.
Antares is a monster red giant, considerably larger than Betelgeuse and about 100 light years farther away. Rigel is a couple hundred light years farther but is still about twice as bright to our eyes.

Since the size and distance are the same, the blue star would have more luminosity or greater power output. Luminosity has two key properties which are temperature and surface area. Both stars have the same size so that leaves temperature, which is either red or blue.
The blue star burns hotter than the red star.
So therefore the blue star would appear brighter.

the colour of a brilliant call refers to how warm that's burning. crimson stars are maximum probably crimson giants, and not burning everywhere close to as warm as blue ones. Ergo, the blue vast call will look brighter.

Blue, because...well...when light is reflected off of red and blue, blue is lighter.

The one with the longest wavelength. I'll let you figure out which one that is and why it makes a difference. :-)
