Waking up everyday knowing that you'll see the person you feel God created for you yet knowing that you can't be with them. And as you are thinking all of this, they pop up each time! Yep...my heart skips beats often. lol.

I have this problem when I take supplements during training and i get dehydrated.
Also you could just have an air bubble in your chest that passes causing pressure, which feels like your heart skips.

The moment they figure out that they love a person or that they are in love with a person. It's crazy when you come to realize that there is someone out there that you would readily do anything for. The vulnerability, the trust, the commitment...it's crazy.

Getting to meet your idol.....or getting to meet your celebrity crush. I know if I met Troy Tulowitzki (who is my idol....he's a baseball player), I'd probably pass out! Or if I met Drake Bell....I'd probably do the same...lol!
