go for nudes, browns, mauves, eyeshadow
this will make your blue eyes stand out , and be in complimentary with your hair color.
for your cheeks it all depends on your skin tone. but for a no fail product go for a bronzer thats a blush at the same time. so its not too much of a bronzy-summer look but still gives you that golden freah look all winter.
then for your lips if your have on nudes for youe eyes then go for more bolder colors for your lips but if your doing somthing darker bronze, browns, on ur eyes go for a nude color and top it of with a gloss.

Things in the brown family play up blue eyes the best. Almay had these nifty little sets that had eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara based on the color of your eyes. You can also buy the items separately. It takes the guess work out of it.
No blue eyeshadow!

i have brown hair and blue eyes, and i recently discovered something: rich cranberry is super for lips! i never wear colors on my lips but i found that my mom has this gorgeous deep cranberry colored gloss by "ten". i was tempted so i tried it and i LOVED it. also, warm colors arouond the eyes like cocoa make the blue stand out. think complimentary colors (the color opposite the other color on the color wheel). so red and green, blue and orange, purple and yellow. the best shadow color closest to orange is warm brown, copper, and metallics. but if you do the cranberry lip, make sure your eye makeup isnt too heavy or you'll look like a clown. those colors are especially great for fall!

I would suggest pale and golden colors for your eyes. A bronze shimmer would look great. For lips.. you might what to go clear, or a pinkish-gold tone. good luck! (=

A touch of light blue eyeshadow to accent your eyes and a bit of pale pink blush. :) It would help to know your skin tone though.
