The phrase "at this moment in time" is starting to irritate me.
Edit: "I'll be with you in five minutes" is another one....when did five minutes ever mean five minutes?

I hate it when I'm listening to someone explain something to me, or tell me about something they've done or experienced and at the end of every statement they say, "YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYIN'?". Irritates me to death.
