CD Door is Stuck
http://www.ehow.com/how_2093458_remove-stuck-cd-from-cd.html
If you have a CD that is stuck in the CD ROM drive of your computer, there is a simple method that is likely to work in removing it. To make sure that the CD is truly stuck, be sure to restart your computer and hit the CD ROM drive eject button several times. If the CD is stuck, follow these simple steps to remove it:

you will need a paper clip

Turn your computer off. Unplug the power cord from the outlet
Find a large paperclip and straighten one end of it.

Locate the small hole on the front of your CD ROM drive on your computer. If you don't find a small hole, check to see if there is a small grove below the CD ROM drive door.

Insert the paperclip into the hole so you can release the CD ROM drive door catch. When you feel some resistance, keep pushing until the door opens.

Remove the paperclip and use your hand to physically pull the door out all of the way, if necessary.

Remove the CD when the CD ROM drive opens. If the CD has been shattered, remove all of the pieces and throw them away. If you can't locate all of the pieces, you will need to get a computer technician to check your computer.

Investigate the reason why the CD was stuck in the CD ROM drive to help prevent the situation from occurring in the future.

If the CD ROM drive door still will not open, you should open the computer case or contact a computer technician.

There is a small hole on the front panel of CD ROM. Insert a needle in that and push a little and the device will open. And if u have to do it every time then get it serviced because there might be an alignment problem. One other way is press eject button and hit the drive door with little strokes. I hope u can open ur drive with these methods.

First off its a Drive, Drivers are files you use to make your extra components connected to your computer work. As for your question, this happened to me, and the most likely reason for the drive not opening, is the motor is burnt out. The only way to open it is to fix that or break it. new drives are decently cheap, expecially CD drives. DVDs can be costly, but CD wouldnt cost much.

See the little hole, that looks like you could stick a straightened out paper clip in it,(in the front)? Sometimes the outside bay door has to be opened with your finger,(read gently!), and then you'll see the hole. Push the cd-rom button, as you push the paper clip in. EDIT: DO NOT DO THE BUTTERKNIFE THING!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to my computer. I just stuck a butter knife in it and pulled it open. It did not break and works fine now.

Check if there is a small hole that you can stick a pin in. That should eject it.
