Male and Female both have done this... Children are not pawns and anyone that uses children for this are wrong in doing so..I do understand that it is harder for the man to have his child but it can happen. Let's always remember that children are a gift form God and should be treated as such.

The system is TOUGH that's for sure. And not always fair. I won a custody battle with my ex but I had legitimate and concrete facts/evidence for my allegations. And I also had the best of intentions - I wanted what was best for my kids. I hate their father but I never wanted to keep them from him. It's not my place to do that. There ARE women out there who are money-hungry, etc. and don't care about their children. But there are GOOD mothers AND fathers who will fight like hell for the well-being of their kids. I was happy that the court ruled in my favor but I know MANY people who haven't had a good outcome. It's not fool-proof, ya know? When it's your kids that are in limbo, you do what you can to fight for them. If I ever thought I wasn't capable of caring for them, I would give them to someone that could. There are definitely some mothers who need to do that! And there are some EXCELLENT fathers out there who don't get the respect they deserve. Just keep being a good parent and the truth will prevail. The kids will grow into adults and see the truth.

I have to say I agree with you. I honestly don't care what happens in the lives of the celebs these days, but what happened with Britney Spears is prime example of it.

I find it sad that when couples divorce, the better parent isn't always the one who gets the kids, and I think it's a huge problem that MUST be fixed. There are alot of good dads out there who's ex-wives use their kids against the dads and it's not right.

As a dad to 3 kids, I think it's EXTREMELY important for dad's to be involved in their kids lives. Be it if their parents are married or not.

you know i agree with you. iam a woman and i can tell you that they only do that becasue they dont want to see their ex-husbands in new relationships with new wifes and it seems that everyone makes the new wife out to be the bads ones. iam a new wife and iam in a similar situation like that. i dont have any kids with my husband now of 3 years and people say iam jealous and mean because just becasue i dont want to get involved with the step kids that my husband raised before he met me and they dont like me because iam the new wife. i think that it is ashamed that women use the kids when they cant have their way with the ex -husbands and it is weak.
