I am looking for a gym in the Mesa area that is not really geared towards women, but isnt totally full of guys. The last thing I need while I am working out is a guy staring at me the entire time.
I need some advice on where good gyms are in this area. And it also needs to not have a contract. It MUST be month to month.

You can try Planet Fitness in Tempe. That's where I go. It's on 1301 East University (between McClintock and Rural Road). It's only $15 a month and a $39 start up fee - no contracts are necessary. It has a good workout atmosphere, and it doesn't really feel like a "meat market" like some gyms are.
