Well, I thought it was really disrespectful and tasteless when they gave the ten-bell salute to the fake deseased Mr. McMahon, but no toll of the bell for The Fabulous Moolah?

I think they did honors by her for the long look back they gave her. I have seen condolences mentioned to some wrestler's passing. Of course there was whole shows for Benoit and Owen Hart. But I have to say, Vince is really good about honoring stars from the past. I mean, it was as long as he gave for Gorilla Monsoon, and Vince adored the man.

Bells are for active wrestlers on the roster at the time of their death like Eddie Guerrerro, Owen Hart, Brian Pillman...etc

They flashed an image of her with a RIP before the show began, but I don't find the lack of bells disrespectful.

my best guess is that they are a little gun shy about doing the ten bell salute for a while now after they had one for Vince during the "exploding limo death" Storyline

Normally they ring the bell for an active wrestler/diva who has not been inducted to the HOF before passing away..
