I sleep on the floor ...because Im developing muscles from working out and the floor feels SOOO good....cuz its hard and when i wake up i feel so fresh and full of energy.....i dont like soft mattresses because my back sinks in , and when i wake up in the morning I have back aces

When alone, I sleep diagonally across my bed, usually on my front. When hubby's home, usually on my right side on my half of the bed.

Pretty good lately, but I have had some bad insomnia in previous times. Taking trazodone for it right now and it is working great....
