Let's face it, while I was a casual fan of them at first, after mentally analyzing their "Inconsolable" video, I have to conclude that they don't even look as nice as they did in their former glory. ("Get Down," "All I Have to Give," "As Long As You Love Me," "I'll Never Break Your Heart," "I Want It That Way") I first noticed this in their "Drowning" video. And especially now with Kevin Richardson gone, I don't think this band will ever be the same. Their video for "Inconsolable" didn't really hold an interest for me, and I predict their album "Unbreakable" is going to flop, and they'll have nothing to hold them together anymore.
Do you think the BSB are now old news and finished, or do you think they have some spark left?

it was time for them to break up in 2000. their brand of pop isnt what it was in the 90s...they need to come to terms with that. i think if they adapted a newer style they might have a chance...i mean they have made quite a name for themselves. but unless that time ever comes...i predict we'll be seeing "unbreakable" in the clearance bin for 3 bucks in a not-so-faraway future.

Hey , no! Their music is growen up and you say it's time to break up?! They are now in their best shape ever , and this new album is their best album.
Then they were a cute boy band but now their fans are not just teenager girls cause their music is meaningful and worth-to-listening and beautiful now.
and by the way , Inconsolable is a great song.

i think they rock still ive like them since i was 10yrs and now im 22yrs old the backstreet boys have grown up but they still make good music and who cares if kevin left he never really sang much the main singers are nick brian and aj anyway
look at madonna and all the other has beens there all in there 40s and 50 s and there still makeing it all right

Okay some people might hate them or think there "gay" but a lot of people still like them. LIKE ME!!!! I think there new album rocks and they still look great. Somebody is missing (Kevin) but they still sound great. There new video is different but there older.

It's true that they are not the same as they used to be. but some of us still like the Boys. they have also grown like the fans did, they are not to be the same all their life. evolution..
anyway, I still like them, and I would support them. Until the day they call it quits..

Their old albums were hits because all the kids that liked them were young enough to like the music.
Now all the kids have grown up and moved on.

They're music been dead after Black and Blue. I grew up on them and really, they need to stop while I still have good memories of them. Really.
