He's had 4 catches for 24 yards and no TD's in the last 2 games he played. According to Colts fans, Sammy Morris wasn't injured, only Marvin Harrison.

How would the result have been different if he had his 2 catches for 12 yards he's been averaging lately?

"Brady sucks under pressure. "

LOL!! Good one. Unfortunately, there is real world evidence to support the opposite.

So, now Marvin jumps in like a superhero and catches all the dropped balls?

"who by the way hasn't scored a touchdown all season cuz of the record hungry quarterback"

What a dumb comment, Jealous that Peyton's record is going bye-bye, I guess. He's missed 3 games with injuries and was weak in 2 others, doesn't matter. What sore losers Dolts fans are.

"you dumby he has only been averaging that cause he has been injered most of the games.."

Try not to use such atrocious English spelling when you insult someone. When the Patriots are injured it's part of the game, when the colts are, it's something to whine about? OK, I get it now.

being a Pats fan, you should understand that containing multiple good wr is a hard task (ie. Moss, Stallworth, Welker). the games in which Harrison's stats haven't been great, Wayne and Clark have killed them (ie Clark 6-137 and Wayne 5-68). last night, the defense played to contain Wayne and Clark. with Harrison on the other side, one of the 3 gets open. Harrison also makes a big redzone difference.

you can't compare Morris to Harrison. #1 WR and backup running backs don't do the same thing for the 2 teams. Faulk can replace Morris, and Moroney gets the bulk of the load anyway. Gonzales isn't Harrison and doesn't fill in the same way. imagine replacing Moss with Welker...changes the things that happen like the jump balls that Moss gets.

Harrison makes more of a difference without touching the ball than Morris normally does even when he touches it

PS...when they played during the regular season last year Harrison went 8 for 145 and 2 TDs...follow the link

Do you understand football, or are you jumping onto the bandwagon without knowledge of the game? Yes, the Pats are having a great year, but any true football fan, regardless of what team they root for, knows Marvin Harrison is one of the best of all time. Two bad games mean little when he and Manning hold the all time record for touchdown passes. Would the Colts have won with him in the lineup? Nobody can say for sure since he didn't play. But to dismiss him out of hand like that is showing your ignorance and/or lack of football knowledge. (To take your example, Randy Moss should stink this year because he's been useless for 3 years)

because marvin wouldnt make those stupid drops like reggie did... and he wouldnt let the pats be all over him like reggie and dallas clark did... fact is marvin wouldve had one or two touchdowns in this game so if he was in there we wouldve won... he is called magic marvin for a reason..

you dumby he has only been averaging that cause he has been injered most of the games...
oh and also.. the colts didnt have tony g. in the 2nd half... peyton played like crap it was addai vs. belicheat and the pats... once our offence can get their heads out of their @$$ we will beat you guys by at least 2 touchdowns... the whole reason we were in the lead for most of the game was because of our pass D is the best in the league.. it was our offence that let us down but our offence is too good to let us down like that again... im telling you it doesnt matter where we play in the AFC championship game Indy or New England we will still beat you i would say 28-21 or 28-17... you can count on that...

if you would pay attention... the colts and peyton manning dont care about the records all they care about is every game and preparing for them... that is why your stupid coach is going to screw up your whole season by making your starters play in the last game (when you guys will already have homefield adv. by being 14-1 or 15-0) and then either moss or brady will get hurt cause your stupid coach cares too much about record rather than actually winning... idc if your pats run up the score its just going to bite them in the @$$ in the end anyway...

Well, Marvin Harrison and Peyton Manning are the most dominant QB/WR tandem in football history. They have connected for more touchdown passes than anyone, I believe.

His last two games he has been sore and that affected his game. Harrison could quite possibly be the best WR in football. Go ahead and bolster your ego. Colts are you going to take out the Pats in the play offs where games make teams or break teams.

Brady sucks under pressure. What is he going to do against the Giants when Strahan and Umenuria are in his face all game long?......

Not all players play average every time they step on the firld. Some players rise to the occassion. Look at Ben Roethlisburger tonight, perfect example. He got amped because he was playing against a renouned defense, and he killed them boys.

It would not have been any different. It wouldn't have mattered one bit. The Pats and Tom Brady both played their worst game of the year and still won on the road against an undefeated team. They're too good and nobody will stop them. Second undefeated season in NFL history is coming up, as well as another New England Super Bowl win.

did you see Anthony Gonzales drop that ball in the end zone? that would have been reggie wayne if harrison was in.
That would have added another 4 points, the difference in the game
