Well I don't know if anyone really thinks of him as a historical figure but our current President, President Bush.
The man has run our country into the ground and we've been in war since he's taken oath. He is constantly looking for new wars for us to jump into instead of solving our crises here in the USA.
Can I do a swift kick to the head after I karate chop him too?

Since killing, maiming, or even leaving a bruise are not intrinsic to the "karate chop" especially as delivered by someone not trained in karate (me), the physical effect is negligible. I'll go for comedic effect and karate chop Winston Churchill, just to hear what he had to say about it after the fact. :)
