since she has my social security/social insurance card #,can she find out all my previous tax info and previous job salaries?

Not legally, no, but illegaly, possibly. If ur worries about your HR person investigating information which you don't want her having access to, I'd contact the IRS, and alert them to suspicious activity on your account, as well as the credit reporting bureaus.

The thing is, by doing that, it makes it difficult when you need to contact the IRS for legitimate reason, as well as open, change or close exisiting credit account.
