Sometimes it is very hard to convince yourself that you need to move on. I have one rule if you do not cry about your relationship any more then you are truly ready to leave.

I don't agree that you have the answer. That is a very tough question one faces from time to time. Sometimes the more reasons to leave can be smaller in value then the fewer reasons to stay. On the one hand if you have kids, how much would you put up with before leaving? I child is a very large reason to stay, where as your spouse drinking, or gambling might not be as big a reason to leave when a child is involved. I say give your reasons points not just one side of the page verses the other side. Put the reasons for staying and leaving on either side of the page, but give each reason 1, 2 or 3 points then add the points. Good Luck
