There are no radio stations that play Christmas music where I live. I did find a website on the internet that has it year round. The website is www.accuradio.com. When you get to the main page, click on the "Accu Holidays" link - it will take you to the accu holidays page off of which you can choose any Christmas music channel to listen to - everything from country to rock, pop, classical, choral, and my personal favorite - old time Christmas music. It's completely free and doesn't download anything on your computer either! My hubby and I have had it on 24/7 for the past 2 days.... very relaxing.

Generally, full-scale Christmas carols can be heard everywhere, starting around the first part of December. I thought you were asking specifically about people in southern Cal, so I was going to give you a song title I heard last year: It was called "Chanukah in Santa Monica."
