I know at the local level (for me) it has hurt the person that was sending me the junk in the mail.

I kept receiving CRAP from this Dem that is running for governor in my state and all he ever said was how BAD the other guy was. He never sent me anything that told me how GREAT he was...

Therefore I am voting for the other guy...since at least I know the ways in which he sucks. Had the Dem actually told me how great he was I "might" have voted for him.
