I love 80's music...especially Pat Benetar and old school Madonna, and of course the "hair bands". I actually have an 80's mix CD in my car CD player as we speak.....

I also like classic rock, stuff from the 70's. I love ALL music pretty much.

the 80's? Gimme Shelter. The thrill is not gone. I know it's only rock and roll but I like it.

Edit: Actually, there is some good 80's music out there. I'm more like late 50's on up though. Started listening to "my oldies" when I was just a little bit younger than you are now. I guess I was about 13 or so. :)

I guess you could say I am an Oldies freak .. I have several hundred albums, about 150 8 tracks (and still have a player) and over 1500 CD's .... I am always going to oldies shows to take photos and get autographs (in addition to hearing the great music of course). In the past several years, I have had the pleasure of hearing and meeting the likes of Tommy James, Lou Christie, Leslie Gore, Gary Lewis, Gary Puckett, Richie Havens, Graham Nash, The Grassroots, The Box Tops, The Buckinghams, Poco, Pure Prairie League, The Yardbirds, Mark Lindsey, Mary Wilson, and many more... As others have stated, really don't consider the 80s oldies ... my interests are from 1955 to 1975 or so....Rock On

Ahem - I am going to show my age here, but . . .
I LOVE the oldies! Only I don't consider 80s music to be "oldies". It is certainly old, but "the oldies" generally refers to 50s and 60s music. Maybe I am just feeling old because I grew up in the 80s, but I think there should be a different term for 70s and 80s music!!
So in answer to your question, yes I do love the oldies. But my "oldies" are older than 80s music! :)

I love all my Dad's old 70's and 0's music! Especially Skyhooks and The Beatles. The Beatles are my all time favourite band. I also like some 80's music but not so much.
