Some guy is suppose to give some presentation on homosexuality at my college, I want to go but I also don't want to go. Because I know if I go, then I'll sort be confirm that I'm gay, which I really don't want to do. I've trying to suppress it, but its really not working.

I've sort of know I was gay since 5th grade, and know a Junior in College, and still haven't come to terms with it. And it driving me insane.

I want to go, but also don't want to go, you know what I mean?

Its like if I attend (its open to everyone in the school) I'll be acknowledging that I am that way.

I would go. You would just be hurting yourself if you didn't go and who gives a f**k if you're gay? It's the 21st century and most people are open minded now! I would go for it.

If you are gay, then be gay. That's who you are. Don't suffer because of other people's ignorance.

Straight people go to homosexual presentations too. Its not like thy are going to stamp you with the word GAY when you walk in.

Be who you are. There's no other way you can be.

Where do you go to school that you are so afraid to officially come out?

Try to find a friend who you have confided in, if they are female then it is easier to maintain the illusion, then you can go and not worry about it.

But you might want to consider taking care of yourself a little better.

Dear Doctor Chaos,
I think you need to reevaluate why people go to such presentations.
Not everyone in the room will be LGBT trust me.
