GMA 950 uses Intels DVMT or Dynamic Video Memory Technology. It does not have onboard memory. Everything is shared from system RAM. Initial settings on some BIOS is either 1 or 8Mb. OS dynamically allocates up to 224Mb shared memory to integrated graphics.
