Monopoly has my vote! It is one of few games that you can play for hours, days, weeks, and not get tired of it. You really find out the way some people are. You can have a lot of fun with this game.
No doubt, Monopoly person...Monopoly has it!

It's amazing that Monopoly has been around for so long. I'm pushing 40 and that still remains one of my all time favorites. There's a brand new boxed "limited edition" version on the top shelf in my two year old's room. I can't wait to teach HIM to play!! The rest of the answers posted...they are all great games even for us old timers!! Don't get me wrong, I love my XBOX 360 and my PC games( yes, MINE) but there simply is NO substitute for Boardwalk and Park Place! It's so cool for me to go into the toy store for my son. So many of the games I grew up with are still available for me to turn him onto in a couple of years. I remember well when a night of fun was six or so friends or family members piled around the Monopoly game. Remember that one friend or family member who couldn't play fair and always quit when they were losing?! It's just not the same with video or PC games. They took the family element out of gaming....*Sigh*....................... Yeah I know, I know..."shut up and go away Grandma"...right? LOLOL
