I have been trying to conceive and have been under BBT chart for sometime with my doctor. For this month, i tried ovulation kit which show i ovulated on day 10 with temp. drop.(36.17degree) and rise again.my doctor also confirmed my egg had been released. I was told to wait to test if i have a missed period after a week. However i realised my temp drops again yesterday on day 20and today day 21.(36.43degree) and (36.51) respectively.im familiar with BBT and always take at the same time and place.Im also not feeling unwell.Normally when temp drops it means i have failed in the cycle and have to wait for menses. But my cycle has always been around 28days and i do not have sore breast as usual.I do not have lot of discharge also.anyone have idea what's wrong? Thanks.

You may be experiencing a fallback rise in your post-O temperatures. I have read about it in Toni Weschler's book "Taking charge of your fertility" and there is some information about it on www.fertilityfriend.com. This is sometimes due to not having enough progesteron in your system, which is the hormone responsible for higher post-O temperatures.

probability is severe a million-2 days till now you ovulate. with the aid of fact of this once you do an ovulation attempt (OPK) they say you're maximum fertile on the day you get the beneficial attempt and the day after. once you do an OPK, you will usually ovulate 24-36 hours later. Sperm can stay as much as 5 days in fertile cervical mucus, yet 5 days is unusual - maximum sperm will stay as much as 3 days. for sure the further removed from ovulation you have intercourse, the decrease the possibilities of being pregnant - the wonderful time is two, a million and day of ovulation and day after, just to be on the secure edge.

If your temp is still low tomorrow, then you will probably start your period within a day.
