That's hard to say. Some men do continue to grow until about age 21, but most reach their full height before that age. What has your growing pattern been in the last few years? Have you grown any in the last year? How long has it been since you reached puberty? What is the growing pattern in your parents' families? If the men in their families finished growing at later ages, you are more likely to than if they did not. What about the size of your hands and feet? Did they seem too big for the rest of you for awhile? If so, do they seem to be more in proportion now? If they do, you may be near or at the end of your growth.

It does seem likely that your brother will be taller than you when when you have both stopped growing. I hope that you can live with being 5"7". That is not particularly tall for a man, but it IS a NORMAL height, so please don't distress yourself about it.

Hello

First of all it's all genetic and from the nature, you can't influence it at all. You must be confident and let nature take it's normal way. You must consider that you will still grown until 21 years and maybe more.

I'm confident that you will reach 5'10 - 5'11. Don't be worry about it, the nature and genetics will do their work.

You don't have any influence on your height, it's like I have written before genetic and nature.

If you really want be sure about you're height you can ask your doctor like I did.

When I was 18 years old I was 5'6 with 21 5'8 and after 21 years 5'10 so the chances to grown are good for you, too.

Yes you have read right, I have grown 2 inch after I turned 24 my doctor told me that's possible because I have grown slow and for that I have grown after I was 21 years old. He told me exactly height, when I was asking him years before.

Like I told you before, don't be worry about your height because everything will go fine. You will see that I'm right and you will be happy.

good luck!!!!

it's possible but doubtful,.. now having said that, there is a medical technique that can in fact lengthen your legs thus making you taller. From what I understand they break your legs, then put metal frame work on the outside of your legs anchored by screws into the broken bones and adjust it weekly "forcing the break" further apart in small increments. The weekly adjustment gives the ends of the broken bones time to begin growing towards each other. This effectively makes you taller but does have limitations as to what height can be achieved,.. you can add a few inches.

ol dude no offense or anything but since you are ninteen you have a couple of years to go and that is when your body is supposed to stop growning but it all pretty much depends on when u hit puberty. Or just the growth hormones that is keeping u back. u can take pills or something like that if u want. This is going to so weird but when i was 16 years old and my big brother was 20 i was taller than him by about an inch or two. so dont sweat it u are who u are dude.

Height is all in the genetics, as you've probably figured out, so there's alot of possibilities if you're gonna grow taller. Guys tend to mature later than girls (fact not opinion) so you still have the POTENTIAL to grow more, but who knows. If you've ever injured your legs, like an ACL, your growing days are probably over. Anyways, there's a possibility for you to grow a couple more inches, but don't rely on it too much.

My husband was 5'4" when he graduated from HS and three years later he was 5'9". Everyone is different but you're close to being done.
But hear this: My dad was the most handsome, muscular, personable and intelligent guy in our town and he was 5'2"!
He was 6 ft tall in my eyes (and the women that met him).
and confident in the body that God gave him.

Whether you grow or not, go get 'em, cowboy.

Blessings- Juju

You might grow taller abit more. If i'm not wrong, an average man stops growing at the age of 21.

I suggest you in more calcium rich stuff like milk, cheese etc. And do more sports to strengthen your bones. I used to play a lot of basketball. Maybe you can try playing basketball too.. Might help you in growing taller... :D

dude, don't listen to any of these people, half the crap they say isn't even true. every person goes through puberty differently. Some will grow quick, some slower. If u wanna grow, drink tons of mild. not cow milk-goat milk. goat milk is much better for your body than cow milk. Also, become active, do some physical activity. and most of all, envision yourself being tall, and growing, and becoming tall. This all worked for me. i used to be one of the shortest ppl in my classes for my age. and i wanted to be tall so bad. and after i started drinking a lot of milk, and just imagining myself being tall, i just started to grow. no joke. i hope this might work for you as well if u decide to try. u still have a chance at it!

Well guys grow slower at first than girls, and then they catch up around 16...but usually by about 21 the growth spurt is over....so you may grow a little more...or you may not. However, you are not to small.I know u'd like to be taller, but a lot of girls are not bothered by this.....Im sure you have a winning personality and your cute....thats all the height you need.!Just smile, let your confidence shine.....you will easily be noticed more than the other guys.!
