try taking some sweeter ones and mixing them with the hotter ones. That way you get the best from both sides - for example: terriyaki and honey bbq are both really mixed with a hot sauce - kind of a sweet meets heat.

I don't like spicy stuff and neither does my best friend but we both love barbeque sauce on our wings. Its not too hot,but it has some spice.
