It's different with each and every individual. I think that it depends on the individuals character, the type of tattoo they have and how many they have.
I think one, maybe two on a woman can be sexy if they are not obnoxious and for all to see 24/7.
Men on the other hand are different. If the personality/character fits it's cool. I've seen a complete nerd who had one sleeve done and it just didn't work. But I do think they are sexier on men. But, they have to be in good taste and not obnoxiuos. I've sen a couple of guys done in body suits of the japanese/chinese tatoo's and they were HOT!!! But not everyone can pull that off. I also think that tattoos should symbolize something, not just something you've seen on someone else or just picked out randomly. I've always thought they should tell a story.

No, not sexy at all. I've seen plenty and while they're not offensive, they just don't have sex appeal.

I take that back. I was thinking of the permanent tattoos I see in the US. Henna tattoos are actually somewhat sexy, if done in the traditional ways. It's not just the color or pattern that's sexy, it's the tradition behind it I think, the idea that it's for such a special occasion as a consummation of a marriage.

Ultimately, I think the human body is sexy enough without decoration. :)

When it comes to tattoo the location of the the tattoo makes as much difference as the types of tattoo you choose to put on your body. For men the best location to place tattoo should be your biceps and your chest. Please, avoid placing tattoo in location where it can't be covered. Tattoo should be private an personal; it should not be in places where it will interfere with you business lives or making other people uncomfortable. Also avoid drawing Chinese letter (if you don't really know what it means) and people name in your body no matter if it's your wife, kid, boyfriend and girlfriend. Take time to pick tattoo places where hygiene is first priority and they do their best to not messing up...... I hope those advice can help...good luck.

I used to find them interesting. The older I got the less I liked them. When I saw tramp stamps on just about every other woman I saw I realized that the tattoo's were just cries for attention.

The sexiest woman I know doesn't have any and wouldn't even think about it.

i absolutely find them sexy in some cases. they have to be nice though. i hate tattoos that look like they came from one of those children's vending machines or something. like tacky little stuff meant to be cute or something. but anyways i think they're extremely sexy on men a lot of the time...espcially like sleeves or on the back. the first one i plan on getting will be a lower back...which i know is the "tramp stamp" or whatever, but i still think they're pretty on a woman. i also want one on my lower inner hip and back of my neck maybe. it's all preference though.

Personally, I love tattoos on a man. A guy without them just screams p*$$y and frankly, I already have one of those, I don't need another.
I'm sure this won't be a popular answer, but it's how I feel, lol!!

As for tattoos on women, I have some & I love them.
