Lot's of fiber rich veggies and some fruits(high sugars!)your daily teaspoon of virgin olive oil and avoid all kind of processed carbs like noodles, bread, cakes, cookies,potato products, what helps usually instantly is 500ml lukewarm water mixed with a cup of natural unsweetened joghurt und gulp it down within 2-3 minutes, stay near the toilet it can take an hour or two until result if you are badly constipated, keep drinking water,water,water.
Stay away of any products they will make you digestive system get used to it and become even more lazy

The best product for COSTipation would be the rapid flow of money. We wouldn't have to worry about it if we were't so broke all the time. The cost of living is way out of whack! We need to stop spending millions of dollars fighting a war that isn't ours to fight!!! Iraqi's need to stand up for themselves.

I heard aloe juice in an excellent laxative. Pear or apple juice does it to me, too. Don't forget to drink plenty of water, too.

prunes, eat a whole bag you will go in about 20 mins or take an enema and flush yourself right out laxitives work too
