You are pregnant if the test was positive and you wont get a period. As for the relaxing, take care of what is stressing you out. Maybe talk to someone.
Good Luck

What, do you suppose, are the "signs" of pregnancy, especially a three or four week old pregnancy? I'll tell you. Nada. None. How accurate is a home pregnancy test used before your first missed period? Not very. How often do you get false positives? Rarely. How often do you get false negatives? More commonly. How can you relax? Don't think you can, yet. Wait until next week. If you get your period, you will know you skated by this time. If you don't, try the home pregnancy test again. After that, if you still have questions, wait a couple of months....you'll know.

I didnt have any symptoms during the beginning of my second pregnancy and I had my period regularly for a few months. If there was no signs what made you take the test? Were you trying to conceive? If so, then why do you need to relax, what would be upsetting you? I know this is both an anxious and exciting time. You should be happy dear and Congrats! The best thing to do is call your doctor and inform them that you have taken a home test and it is positive and you would feel more comfortable if they could do a blood test to be absolutley positive b/c you havent had any symptoms.

Pregnancy tests are 99% accurate when they give a positive reading, so yes, you are most likely pregnant. Some woman have a period the first month or two, so even if it does show up, assume you are. If you want to, test again. False positives are rare, but they could mean something worse than pregnancy -- cancer.

When I found out I was pregnant with my second daughter I had no signs what so ever that I was pregnant. I just decided to take a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I was sooooo shocked. But my period also was due the folowing week and of course I never got it. To help you relax, take a nice warm bath and just soak in it. Pamper yourself !!!! When you are pregnant you deserve to be pampered. Good luck and Best of Wishes!!!

If the test is positive, you are usually pregnant. There are cases of false positives, but not very often. I would take another test, and if its positive too, I would call the doctor if you are really unsure.
As far as symptoms go, most people to not have any real symptoms until about 5 or 6 weeks. If you dont have any symptoms that is normal. There are lots of nutjobs who imagine symptoms in hopes that they are pregnant, but just because you dont have any doesnt mean you arent.
Best of luck!

some woman have no signs until at least 4 months into their pregnancy so yeah you wouldn't be the only one.
now to relax yourself, just bum around. try not to lift nothing heavy at all for the next 3 months cause that's when u have a very high chance of miscarrying. but you can miscarriage anytime doesn't matter really. get bed rest and DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Yes. Most women won't have any symptoms until after they get a positive. Early symptoms are the same as period symptoms, if they are experienced at all.
How you can relax yourself? You mean physically, mentally, what? Try some exercise and a warm (not hot) bath.

If the test is positive, you're pregnant. Goto your GP and get some blood tests done.
