Yes im an Animal Control Officer, so what ever the weather is like i know i am going to be in it so i like to know what i am getting into and what i should wear

I definitely do because my kids & I have to walk to school & back. It's mostly for them because I wear sandals & no coat until there's snow on the ground & it's really cold. It just doesn't bother me for some reason. I have to sleep w/ a fan on me all year round. I think I'm part Eskimo!! lol

Yes in winter I do because it can get extremely cold where I live. I don't want to be dressed like the michelin man if it isn't necessary, but if it is I don't want to suffer either.

Never! Honestly, I just watch at the mountains. If I see them clearly, that means it's not going to rain, but if they are a little cloudy, I take the umbrella with me.
