Based on heights,the clouds have been classified as Low,Medium and High clouds.Among the clouds mentioned here,
Cumulus is the low cloud,
Altostratus is the medium cloud and
Cirrus is the high cloud.
So cirrus is the highest cloud among these three clouds and its height is approximately 10 Kms in tropical region.

Cumulus are lower level clouds.
Altostratus are mid-level ( Alto )
Cirrus are Ice crystals at high altitudes.
