Imagine yourself standing at the point (-1, -2) facing point B (i.e. (-3,4). Continue by imagining yourself holding a stick straight out in front, just long enough to reach point B, so that the end of the stick is just above point B.

Now turn counter-clockwise 90 degrees. The end of the stick is now over a different point. Call that point C. Compute its coordinates.

Now move to point (3,3) and face point C. Hold a stick out in front of view just long enough to reach point C. Now turn counter-clockwise 180 degrees. The end of the stick is above a different point, call it D.

What are the coordinates of D? (D corresponds to B')

Now you should understand, at very least, what you are trying to do.
