It keeps saying that my computer's at risk & that Norton Antivirus is turned off, but I don't know how to turn it back on. Does anyone know how?

the other answer tells how to turn it back on so I would only add if you go to comodo.com you can find a free anti-virus that is quite good and runs all the time and you can get their boclean prgram as well. Don't get the firewall though since it is very complicated and I think only those who really know their computer can use it easily

At the very bottom right you should see a yellow globe or press the < arrow, right click on it, go to the console, enable it by clicking on it, or right click and turn it on.
