20 ^ X = 100,000,000

X = log 100,000,000 / log 20 = 6.148.

6.148 x 5min = 30.75 minutes

Since each 5 minutes corresponds to a multiple of 20,
20^K = 10^8 where K is a multiple of 5 minutes. Taking logs of both sides,
K log20 = 8 (base 10)
Since log 20 = 1.3 (appx), K = 8/1.3 or slightly more than 6. So the answer is about 30+ minutes.
