I don't think you are a wrestling idiot & I would not expect a young student to know who The Fabulous Moolah was.....Again...without revealing my actual age.....I saw Moolah wrestle in person in 1960. At that time, women wrestlers were not only few and far between, but women's wrestling was actually banned in many areas of the US. It was considered so unusual for a woman to wrestle in the '50s & early 60s...that in the '50s a wrestling commentator asked her why she was wrestling ?...She replied: " I'm only in it for the Moolah "....In the '50s the word " moolah " was a common slang term for " money " and thereafter she was know as The Fabulous Moolah. She was a great womens champion for decades & she was around her mid eighties when she passed away.

the original Queen of wrestling, she paved the way for Divas like Trish, Sable, Lita and other former/current/future women's champions in the WWE. she died at 84 because she was ill and she lived a long life. she will be remember most for her long WWE Women's title reign and the bits she and Mae Young did during the past eight years starting with the guitar incident with Jeff Jarrett during Jarrett's feud with Chyna.

She's 84. How do you think she died? Why don't you do your own research. She was one of the greats. Really, you don't know much about professional wrestling if you don't know her. Sorry.
I hope you get good grades and that your school work chills for you.
