direct kin. parent child grandparent uncle aunt sister brother. First cousins can actually marry in some states if one of them is sterile. but first cousins is pushing it a little in by book. after that its pretty much fair game.

If I were you, I would leave out the "is it incest or not" question, and focus on the fact that your BF was kissing another girl. Who cares if it's incest, if he's being unfaithful to YOU? If you only want to know so that you can get him in deeper trouble, that's not a very Christian thing to do - revenge is ugly. Just break up with him and find somebody who cares about you.

Incest is any family member, and any sexual intercourse taken place can kill you because of the blood and genes or whatever, most people don't think they're nasty, they see them as not mentally stable, because they're purposely hurting themself...and do you mean seriously making out or just kissing, 'cuz I kiss my family members all the time, but there ain't nothing there, we're just a tight family.

Incest is only for parents and children, cousins do not count, they are just not encouraged because of bad genes, etc... A lot of other cultures are allowed to marry their cousins, as a matter of fact, in some cultures, marrying your cousin is the most common thing to do.

Nothing. Cousins kiss all the time ; nothing wrong with that. Incest is sexual realtions or sexual intimacy such as masturbation between family members ; kissing between cousins is not incest.
None of your business either.

I had neighbors who were married, had kids AND were cousins. That's not incest.
But, for some reason (and don't ask me why), many people tend to be very intolerant when it comes to this kind of relationships. My best friend's aunt is married to her cousin. But several intolerant relatives of theirs treated them as if they were doing something wrong for many years.
Both couples I mentioned have kids and they're all absolutely normal (actually one of my neighbors' daughters was born with an exceptionally high IQ).

not quite , incest is a relationship between close relatives, its some how wierd but not incest

The term incest can include sexual activity between family members of either gender and can include family members of any age. When one of the family members involved is a minor, incestuous activity has also been called intrafamilial child sexual abuse

Some might not consider it incest, but I do. If it isn't incest, it is definitely cheating!

First cousins yes. It is still considered a close blood relative.

no it is not. as far as i can remember it is incest only if there is actual intercourse between blood as in your brother- sister or parents-children. I might stand to be corrected
