Call planned parenthood as soon as possible. Google them for the number and get some counseling fast.

Good luck to you and your friend, by the way you are being a good friend and that is what she needs now.

The options are pretty simple:

1. Abortion

2. Adoption

3. Drop the baby off at any police station/hospital with no questions asked (you don't even have to give your name) - check online to make sure your state has this program - most do.

4. Keep the baby

First, calm down and don't be scared. These things happen...

Second, your friend needs to see her doctor. Pregnancy tests can be wrong.

Tell her to have her mom take her to her doctor - that she's not feeling well or whatever. When she sees the doctor have her tell the doctor her situation so the doctor can confirm that she is pregnant.

OR, look in the phone book for planned parenthood and make an appointment with planned parenthood to get help on confirming there is a pregnancy and what her options are.

Third, be aware that if your friend has any problems like bleeding or pain she MUST see a doctor right away because your friend could die if the pregnancy is an ectopic pregnancy and she hemorrages.

It is not the end of the world or the end of her world. The smartest thing for her to do would be to either abort the baby or give the baby up for adoption. Personally, I would give the baby up for adoption to a loving couple who can't have children. That is the greatest gift that she could give to her baby and a childless couple. Her baby will find her some day!

1st of all - Stay calm... Going into a panic never solves anything...

2nd - Your friend needs to understand that when she decided to have sex, she made a very grown up decision and now she is going to have to make another one... It is not, however the end of the world! She is very lucky to have a friend like you to help and to be by her side...

3rd - Try talking to a counselor at your school. Or if you are afraid they will tell her parents, then try looking up a Planned Parenthood location... However, the best plan, is for your friend to talk to her parents! I'm sure they love her and want the best for her. They will probably be very angry and disappointed at first, but eventually they will calm down and help her decide what is best for her.

Good Luck!
