I know its on the n now but I was hoping to get a complete disc edition of the show. I guess I could find one on ebay.com but if its in stores, can you please tell me?

You can't. It was never released on DVD officially (but there are a couple of bootleg DVD sets "mastered" from beat-up VHS tape dubs and VCD [Video CD] 'coasters' made when the show aired...AVOID THEM!!! The skunky quality ain't worth it!!!).
Write (a snail-mail-corporate types hardly look at emails and online petitions) to Paramount Home Video and request that an official Kenan and Kel DVD set be released.

Ohh! same problem! Just the other day though,
i found out that it comes on every Sun. on The N (noggin), at 3:00. Hope I helped!
