Any hardware store has a key cutter.

If you have them but they are bent ir otherwise unusable you can go to any place like Lowe's or Home Depot or a neighborhood hardware or lock store. They can do a replacement key in minutes.

If it is the lock not the key which is the problem you can buy a replacement and install it with just a screwdriver (particularly if you buy the same brand so all holes and parts are equivalent).
