Sorry but you won't be able to find an application for Season 3 probably until the late spring or early summer on the Kid Nation Website.
They just closed the application process for Season 2 on October 9th.
Meanwhile it would be a good idea to make sure the people you know are watching the show so the ratings are high or there won't even be a Season 3 !

Depending on the success of this first season, you may or may not see an application for Kid Nation, Season 3. Especially when season 2 still has yet to be filmed.
