How to keep my back padio slab from flooding when it rains?

It needs somekind of drainage? Do I need to resurface it on a slant or what?

It should have been pitched for drainage when installed.
If you did it yourself, you 'shoulda studied up` first.
If someone else did it they should be willing to
resurface it with the proper pitch.
