It really pisses me off!!that i try hard to find the answer to a person's question and they just dont choose a best answer!Like last time i honestly thought i was suppost to get the best answer but the asker never choose the best answer!So when i saw that it was in voting i forgot to choose my self so then i saw it was resolved and the best answer was a sucky answer!!Mine was way better!...so what i mean is that people with not that good of answers will vote for themselves!People dont forget to choose best answers!...what do you guys think of this?and why wont people choose best answer!

I always wonder the same thing.
How can people forget to choose, or not choose at all because they don't feel like it.
I mean they get 3 points for choosing anyways.
I also hate, when people choose the worst answer just to have a laugh.

Ive only put my answers to a vote when I find that most of my answers are all really good and I cant decide who to give the best answer to. Ive answered questions which I thought were pretty good but was put to a vote and like you the best went to someone with a smart *** comment. Dont know why that happens but if it does just try to remember to vote for yourself if the points are that important to you.

We just wont to find out the anwsers about stuff and then we dont choose a best answer. As long as youre answering the question and not typing random stuff for points. Sorry if this didnt help.

Maybe the person asking the question thinks there is more than one best answer and it's hard to pick just one. OR, the person asking doesn't think the answers they got wasn't any good so refuse to give someone best answer.

What qualifies as a best answer is highly open to interpretation. I try to choose the answer that was the most closely matching what I thought was correct.

I know, I know, they are aggravating, but, people have lost their focus. Patience is a lost virtue. I think if yahoo let you vote after a mere 5 minutes that everyone would see an increase in completed question/answer.

is like 4pt or 3pt last time I voted for best answer..
I know what you mean..those ppl are just retired lol
i ALWAYS choose best answer..is level 7 my goal and do everything to get there..even if it kills me writing to them stupid Questions//I asked better Q than most ppl ask..
if it does not get deleted..like always lol

I always pick a best answer. Some folks get busy and forget or they can't decide and let it go to vote. Sometimes they just don't care. Don't sweat it.

I try to get back to give best answer, the schedule gets busy and some slip past me. It's a little unsettling that I missed it.

One I didn't chose best answer, but that was ONLY cuz I was a day late. So my question went into voting. I probably was busy doing my HW that day.
