Hmmmm. No offense but some details might have gotten you a more accurate answer than you might get.

That would also help those of us with such experience to better price a job without US having to ramble on listing Hundreds of options.

Beyond that; much of the expense will be incurred in FIXTURES.

Do you want the room gutted?
Do you have any idea what wall finishes you want?
Floor finishes?
Lighting
Shower stall
Tub/ shower combo
Type of was sink and fixtures for it
Will you want or need new plumbing or modifications to existing?
Lighting issues
Exhaust fan
Heating
What is your budget (Approxiamate to use your word.)

Cheap/ simple; you could expect $3200; using $100 per sq. ft. as an approximation.

Again; with all due respect; even Yahoo suggests this...DETAILS will get better answers.

Sounds like a small bathroom 4x8 is the size of a sheet of plywood. Unfortunately in plumbing the sky is the limit. Best thing is to look at your budget and go from there. I've seen customers spend as little as$1000 and some over $10,000 in a restroom that size.
