if rebooting your computer does not work. depending on your operating system there is a print spool folder. if you are using windows xp, do the following:
go to Start | Run and then type: net stop spooler
hit enter
Then go to C:\Windows\System32\Spool Printers and delete anything that you find in there.
When the files delete go back to Start | Run and then type: net start spooler
Hope this helps.

Restart your computer and reprint. This is all you basically can do. Parts of the document have already been sent to the printer. If you turn off the printer and then turn it back on, it may help, but this usually just leads to its own set of problems.
Try restarting, and if that doesn't work, unplug/turn off the printer.

Restart your computer. Try printing again.
It sounds like its still in memory, so re-booting SHOULD do the trick.
If not, and the problem persists, un-install the printer and re-install. Or update the drivers.
cheers

Turn off your printer first, reboot your computer and then turn the printer back on.
