where should i have my 13th birthday party at? i know when your 13 years old its stupid to have a birthday party but this year is the 1st year my mom is letting me to invite boys. i want somewhere where we can injoy the party and everyone will have a blast!! I also want to have a hook up party and like have people kiss and stuff. I want it to be sexy as hell!
