You ready for a baby? Going off the pill will probably guarantee that. Are you ready for motherhood and all that goes with it? If not, you need to find another alternative birth control method BEFORE you go off the pill

I'm not sure what you mean by "stuff" it up. Normally you will be off of your regular cycle the first two months, perhaps missing it or just being late. I read alot of answers here saying you will start right aways, definetly not the case for me, I was late. But after 2-3 months you should be on a schedule of some sort. You may change from the typical 28 days, many women have a longer cycle than 28 days. But going off the pill is your decision, why are people telling you to go off of it? Remember that the pill is adding hormones to your body so do expect to see a few changes in your body (not just your cycle) when you come off of it.

'stuff my period up"??? What does that mean?

If you stop the pill, I would suggest that you wait until you finish a complete pack and then the week you get your period...don't start it the following week.

your period will be off when you get off the pill...some women don't get a period for 3-4 months.... you can get pregnant right away too.. be careful if you aren't trying to get pregnant.

If you're on the pill now and you stop taking it, you will probably start your period pretty quickly and they might be a little irregular and randomly timed for a while until your hormones balance themselves out again. Also, you can get pregnant really easily for the first three months or so after you stop taking the pill, so be careful with that.

I have just read your previous Q which helps me understand this one!!!
If you are wanting to have a baby then you ARE going to have to come off the pill.
When you come off it may take a couple of months to regulate again That is what is happening with me right now as I have decided to start a family (with Hubby). There is only a very slim chance that you could get pregnant on the pill as its designed to stop you from becoming pregnant

Not sure what you mean but you will still have your period when you go off the pill. You may have a heavier flow and you will have no protection from pregnancy. That won't matter too much because you are using a condom to rotect you from STDs, Right? :)

I don't understand what stuff your period up means but I do know that your period will come again soon after you quit, or at least you'll spot.

You could ask for pill injection, its available in the UK, not sure about anywhere else.

But technically yes coming off the pill may make your periods more irregular, heavier and more troublesome
