I dont know how many square feet exactly, but it would have a huge bed for me, a beautiful bathroom with both a shower and bath. A huge kitchen with a robot that cooked evrythin for me. A work out bit. A big room where i could fit lots of people, with double thickness walls so loud music isnt a problem. A room with a white tiger in it (yes i know its cruel, bla bla bla, but its not real is it). and quite a few very nice men to do my bidding, dressed in tux's, with very pert bums and pecks. Oh, yes and NO alarm clocks, and NO having to do the washing up. And for me to not have to do any work. :)

It would be very much like the one I grew up in--a late 1800s home with a wrap around porch, two stories, and a minimum of 2000 square feet--if not more.

I like the homes in Tucson. The adobe with fire places in the corner of every room. I can live very well with 1400 sq ft
