i am hope that someone could answer me about is lime wire safe to use , becoz i have heard about people got viruses from it. Would appreciate !

Oo.. thats mean the viruses is not from limewire, it is from the link you find to download, is it right??

if u don't have a virus protection program limewire CAN completely mess your computer up. get a virus protection program then u should be ok. get norton or avg. u should be fine if u have one of those.

You can get viruses from anywhere.
Limewire will be as safe as possible if you keep your virus protection up to date.
If you want limewire for free stuff / just go out and buy it, its not worth the huge downloads/piracy/etc...

I've used limewire for over a year and have had 0 problems with it...it works great if you know what your downloading and know what your looking for.

no u dont get viruses if u download it from the acual site
yes its free and i have it too it's really cool
some sites say that u have to pay for it, but those are just scams it is really free so be careful and im sure u wont get a virus

NO it is not. I had a friend that used it on my computer and it crashed because of viruses and I lost all of my data and it was a big pain. DO NOT use limewire!

I have been using it for a couple of years and I've never had a problem. Just don't download anything suspicious.
