The Gillette Fusion.
When they were initially introduced, I thought that the added blade (now up to 5) was nothing more than one-upmanship and marketing hype. But it really does shave better than any that I've tried. The replacement cartridges are expensive, though, but worth it.
Good facial preparation also really, really makes a difference.

I use Gilette Fusion... its great.. works really well and doesn't leave any hairs behind... and yup the replacements are pretty expensive...
