I wouldn't recommend using anything other than canned air which is meant for cleaning off keyboards, monitors, etc. Compressed air as found in many warehouses and garages is too strong - you may end up loosening connections and blowing larger particles into your computer causing further damage.

I use a compressor with a regulator adjusted to 25 PSI. But when blowing the air around any fan, Take one finger and hold the fan still so you don't over spin it.

Yes, anything less than a 3psi pneumatic compressor should not dammage anything but use a diffusser just in case or lower the flow rate.

If you mean canned air, then yes it won't hurt it.
